Direction: 

1. In a medium-sized bowl, fill with warm water and add splashes (as desired) of the spiritual bath. 
2. After finishing your shower or bath, utilize the bowl to pour the water over yourself from head to toe. Take a moment to pray or express your wishes, as you desire.
